Jakarta, ThedailyID — Meta has officially launched its Meta One subscription service globally, including in Indonesia.
The service offers additional features across WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Meta provides different plans for individual users, creators and businesses.
The available options include Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus, Facebook Plus, Core, Premium, Essential, Advanced, Expert and Max.
According to Meta, subscribers can receive additional benefits across its platforms. These include greater access to Meta AI and additional creator features.
One of the features is Edit Plus, which provides additional cloud storage. Users can store, sync and access their projects across different devices.
Edit Plus also offers additional access to the AI assistant in the Edits app. The assistant can read Instagram insights and provide ideas for future content.
How to Subscribe Through WhatsApp
WhatsApp users can purchase WhatsApp Plus, Meta One Core and Premium through WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp Business.
Follow these steps:
- Open Settings in WhatsApp.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Tap Meta One.
- Check the available plans and select View all benefits.
- Choose a plan and tap Continue.
- Check the payment information and confirm the purchase.
- Payment will be processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- After payment, users will receive confirmation that the subscription is active.
Meta said Meta One is still undergoing limited testing. Therefore, the subscription option may not be available to every user or region.
If WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected through the same Accounts Center, they can be included in the same Meta One bundle.
However, removing an account from the subscription will also remove Meta One benefits from that account.
How to Subscribe Through Instagram
Meta One can also be purchased directly through Instagram.
Users can follow these steps:
- Open Instagram and log in.
- Tap the profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
- Open the menu in the top-right corner.
- Scroll to Subscriptions.
- Select Meta One.
- Choose an available plan and tap Continue.
- Check the payment information and confirm the purchase.
- Payment will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Users will receive confirmation once the subscription is active.
The Meta One benefits will become available after the subscription process is completed.
Meta One Prices in Indonesia
Meta said the plans, benefits, prices and availability can vary by region. The following prices are listed for Indonesia:
- Instagram Plus: Rp17,900 per month
- WhatsApp Plus: Rp13,900 per month
- Facebook Plus: Rp17,900 per month
- Core: Rp85,990 per month
- Premium: Rp309,000 per month
- Essential: Starting at Rp110,000 per month
- Advanced: Starting at Rp367,400 per month
- Expert: Starting at Rp1.102 million per month
- Max: Starting at Rp3.699 million per month
Meta One subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless users cancel them.
