Jakarta, ThedailyID — Telkomsel and PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP) have launched MAPrivilege, a new program that connects Telkomsel customers with lifestyle benefits from MAP’s retail ecosystem.

Through MyTelkomsel, eligible customers can access selected offers across various lifestyle categories. The program combines Telkomsel’s digital and loyalty ecosystem with MAP’s broad portfolio of lifestyle brands.

MAPrivilege targets several Telkomsel customer groups. They include Halo+ Optima customers, SIMPATI users who purchase Super Seru and/or Surprise Deal packages, and IndiHome customers.

Customers can also redeem Telkomsel Poin through the Rewards menu in MyTelkomsel. They can then access MAPrivilege benefits available through participating merchants.

Telkomsel Marketing Director Lionel Chng said the partnership aims to provide more relevant benefits for customers.

“Our collaboration with MAP reflects Telkomsel’s commitment to continuously deliver value that is increasingly relevant and tangible for customers. By connecting Telkomsel’s digital ecosystem with MAP’s lifestyle ecosystem, MAPrivilege allows customer loyalty to translate into meaningful everyday benefits,” Lionel said on September 14.

Under the theme “A Pass to Upgrade Everyday Living,” MAPrivilege offers benefits across fashion, food and beverages, sports, department stores and technology.

Eligible customers can view available offers through MyTelkomsel. They can then redeem voucher codes according to the terms set by each participating merchant.

MAP Director Handaka Santosa said the partnership gives customers easier access to MAP’s retail ecosystem.

“MAP has become part of the lifestyle journey of millions of Indonesian customers through the various brands and retail experiences we provide. Through our collaboration with Telkomsel, we are providing easier access to our ecosystem through a digital platform that customers already use in their daily lives,” Handaka said on September 14.

The partnership also strengthens both companies’ efforts to create additional value through their respective ecosystems.

Telkomsel brings its digital connectivity, customer platform and loyalty ecosystem. Meanwhile, MAP contributes its expertise and extensive lifestyle retail network.
