Jakarta, ThedailyID — The planned friendly between Indonesia and Jordan on November 13, 2026, has officially been canceled. The match was part of the November FIFA Matchday schedule.
The Jordan Football Association (JFA) announced the cancellation through its official website on Thursday, November 5. The match was supposed to take place in Amman, Jordan’s capital.
“The international friendly match scheduled between the Jordan national team and the Indonesia national team on Friday, November 13, in the capital, Amman, has officially been canceled,” the JFA stated.
The association explained that the cancellation followed a request from the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI). According to the JFA, PSSI had also apologized for being unable to play the match.
“The cancellation was made at the request of PSSI, which submitted an apology for being unable to play the match,” the JFA added.
Meanwhile, Jordan’s other friendly against Australia remains on schedule. The match will take place on Tuesday evening, November 17, at Amman International Stadium.
The JFA said it continued working to provide the Jordan national team with the best possible preparation opportunities. This effort continues despite several other national teams already arranging friendly matches during the same international break.
Indonesia had also planned an away match against Kuwait during the November FIFA Matchday window. However, officials have yet to confirm whether that fixture will proceed.
The cancellation leaves Indonesia’s November international schedule uncertain. Further details about the team’s remaining preparations are still awaited.
