Jakarta, ThedailyID — Singapore fragrance brand BestPerfume.Store has entered Indonesia, launching its online platform while building production and distribution facilities in Bekasi as part of its long-term expansion.
The company targets rising demand for premium fragrances suited to tropical conditions. Unlike many labels, BestPerfume.Store manages formulation, production, and distribution internally instead of relying on third-party suppliers.
Its vertically integrated model gives the company tighter control over product quality. Internal perfumers formulate every batch, while the products follow standards set by the International Fragrance Association.
The brand uses high-grade ingredients found in many designer fragrances and develops blends through patented formulations.
Concentration stands at the center of its strategy. Many Eau de Toilette fragrances contain around 10% perfume oil, while Eau de Parfum usually contains around 15%. BestPerfume.Store pushes that much higher, offering fragrances with a 50% concentration.
The company says the stronger concentration helps scents last longer in hot and humid climates like Indonesia. It aims to solve a common problem for consumers whose fragrances fade too quickly during the day.
The launch includes around 300 fragrance variants. The collections cover work, casual wear, date nights, and special occasions.
Users can browse scents by intensity and category through the digital platform. A personalized fragrance quiz also helps shoppers match scents with their preferences and lifestyle.
To make online shopping easier, the company offers free tester strips before purchase. That approach brings part of the in-store discovery experience into e-commerce.
BestPerfume.Store also introduced a refillable luxury atomizer. The portable design holds up to 60 sprays and supports everyday use.
Its Bekasi operations support deliveries across all 34 provinces. Local fulfillment helps the company cut shipping costs and speed up orders.
Customers can pay through credit cards and digital wallets, including GoPay, OVO, and ShopeePay. The company also offers at-home exchanges and a loyalty rewards program.
Founder Josh Frost said the brand wants people to treat fragrance as part of everyday life, not something reserved for special occasions.
The Indonesia launch marks another step in the company’s regional growth. BestPerfume.Store is betting demand for high-performance, accessible fragrances will keep rising across Southeast Asia.
