Jakarta, ThedailyID — Bank Mandiri is celebrating its 28th anniversary with special prices, cashback, discounts, and Livin’poin rewards.
The bank launched its “Spesial 28 Tahun” program on Oct. 2. The anniversary carries the theme “Tumbuh Bersama, Majukan Indonesia,” or “Grow Together, Advance Indonesia.”
The program targets loyal customers, new customers, and members of the public who use Bank Mandiri services. Offers include special prices, cashback, and discounts of up to 28%.
Customers can receive benefits worth up to IDR 2.8 million. The program also includes product bonuses and additional Livin’poin.
For payments, customers can receive cashback or discounts of up to 28%. They can use QR Bayar on Livin’, debit cards, or credit cards based on each offer’s terms.
Meanwhile, Ke-poin Deals offers discounts of up to IDR 2.8 million. Customers can redeem their Livin’poin through QR Bayar at participating merchants.
The program also rewards loyal customers who have stayed with Bank Mandiri for 28 years. Eligible customers can receive a bonus of 2,800 Livin’poin.
Bank Mandiri also offers 280 surprise prizes. Customers can redeem the prizes using Livin’poin through the Livin’ by Mandiri app.
Customers can use their Livin’poin for both prizes and transaction discounts. However, bonus points and prize redemptions follow the program’s terms and conditions.
SVP Digital Marketing Bank Mandiri Diah Eka Purwanti said the promotions recognize customers who have supported the bank for 28 years.
“We want to celebrate with offers that help customers save while shopping. We also continue to develop services that make daily financial needs easier,” Diah said in an official statement on Oct. 2.
The anniversary program also covers several Bank Mandiri products and services. These include savings accounts, e-money, investments, credit card applications, KSM, KPR, KKB, Mandiri Agen, and lifestyle services through Livin’ SUKHA.
These offers give new and existing customers more options for their financial needs. Customers can also explore Bank Mandiri products beyond everyday transactions.
Diah said partnerships with businesses and other partners connect Bank Mandiri services with customers’ daily activities.
As part of the Danantara Ecosystem, Bank Mandiri aims to strengthen its customer relationships. The bank also seeks to deepen cooperation with partners supporting everyday services.
