With the latest payment, Bank Mandiri’s total dividends for calendar year 2026 reached IDR 50.63 trillion.

The amount consists of IDR 44.47 trillion in dividends for fiscal year 2025. It also includes IDR 6.16 trillion in interim dividends for fiscal year 2026.

“The interim dividend payment on our 28th anniversary gives us an opportunity to appreciate our shareholders, including retail investors,” Bank Mandiri Finance and Strategy Director Novita Widya Anggraini said on Oct. 2.

The payment also reflects management’s confidence in Bank Mandiri’s business fundamentals and outlook. The company said strong intermediation performance continues to support its growth.

On a bank-only basis, Bank Mandiri’s outstanding loans reached IDR 1,592 trillion as of August 2026. The figure grew 17.6% year on year.

Third-party funds also grew 17.6% year on year to IDR 1,687 trillion. Meanwhile, total assets reached IDR 2,358 trillion, up 20.7% from the same period last year.

Net profit also increased 22.3% year on year to IDR 37.5 trillion. The bank said it maintained asset quality alongside this business growth.

Bank Mandiri recorded a gross non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 1.00%. Its NPL coverage ratio reached 240.6%.

The figures reflect the bank’s focus on healthy growth and prudent banking principles.

“At 28, we want Bank Mandiri’s growth to create benefits for society while strengthening trust in the bank,” Novita said.

She added that Bank Mandiri will continue improving its performance and customer services. The bank also aims to expand its contribution to Indonesia’s economy.

The latest dividend payment forms part of the bank’s efforts to recognize shareholder support. It also comes as Bank Mandiri marks 28 years of operations.
