Jakarta, ThedailyID — PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (XLSMART) marked its first anniversary in April 2026 by launching a series of promotional programs across its services. The offers cover XL, AXIS, Smartfren, and XL SATU, as the company aims to strengthen its digital connectivity experience for users.
The anniversary highlights XLSMART’s effort to maintain trust from millions of customers while expanding its services. David Arcelus Oses, a representative from XLSMART, said the milestone reflects the company’s commitment to delivering reliable networks and meaningful user experiences.
Through XL, customers can redeem vouchers from brands such as Zalora and Flash Coffee using just one point. The company also offers a 20% discount for three months on XL PRIORITAS ULTRA 5G+ packages, valid from April 16 to 30, 2026.
Meanwhile, AXIS targets younger users with affordable data packages, including 20GB for Rp10,000 and hourly unlimited access. The offers run from April 15 to 17, 2026, alongside updates to its loyalty program that provide more flexible rewards.
Smartfren introduces the SmartPoin Festival, where users can exchange points for data packages, vouchers, and exclusive merchandise. The program runs between April 23 and 30, 2026, with additional bonus points for app users.
For home internet, XL SATU provides one free month for new subscribers under selected plans. Customers also receive access to streaming platforms for three months, supporting daily digital needs at home.
Currently, XLSMART serves around 73 million users across Indonesia. The network operates with more than 225,000 BTS, including 4G and 5G infrastructure, supported by a nationwide fiber optic backbone.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its 5G network, modernize infrastructure, and improve service quality. These efforts aim to meet the growing demand for digital connectivity across the country.
