President Director of PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk, Vikram Sinha (fourth from right), was seen in discussion with members of the board of directors—Apoorva Mehrotra, Muhammad Buldansyah, Irsyad Sahroni, Lee Chi Hung, Reski Damayanti, Syed Bilal Kazmi, and Cheung Kwok Tung (Desmond Cheung)—following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in Jakarta on Tuesday (May 6, 2026).
At the meeting, Indosat reaffirmed the acceleration of its AI North Star strategy as the company’s transformation direction toward becoming an AI TechCo, while also strengthening sustainable performance. Shareholders approved a dividend distribution of Rp111 per share.
The AGMS also endorsed changes to the management structure, appointing Reski Damayanti, Apoorva Mehrotra, and Honesti Basyir as members of the board of directors, as well as Seppalga Ahmad as commissioner. Meanwhile, Ahmad Zulfikar was honorably discharged from his position as director, and Achmad Syah Reza as commissioner.
