Jakarta, ThedailyID — BNI distributed 1,200 qurban animals across various regions in Indonesia as part of its social contribution program during Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijri or 2026.
The program included the distribution of cows and goats to communities in DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, DI Yogyakarta, Banten, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Nusa Tenggara.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the initiative reflected the company’s commitment to strengthening social solidarity and maintaining close relationships with communities across Indonesia.
According to Okki, Eid al-Adha serves as an important reminder about sincerity, compassion, and the spirit of sharing with others.
He explained that the qurban distribution program also forms part of BNI’s broader effort to continue creating positive social impact in different regions.
“Through this activity, BNI hopes to continue providing tangible benefits for communities while strengthening the values of mutual cooperation and togetherness,” Okki said in a written statement.
Meanwhile, BNI emphasized that the company plans to continue running social and community empowerment programs in the future.
The bank also aims to strengthen its contribution to surrounding communities through various social activities and public welfare initiatives.
