Jakarta, ThedailyID — Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen have handed over death and retirement benefits to the family of the late Rahmad Gobel, a member of Indonesia’s House of Representatives (DPR RI), as part of the fulfillment of participant entitlements under existing regulations.
The benefits were presented to Retno Damayanti, the legal heir, during a ceremony held in Jakarta on July 23.
The compensation package included a Death Benefit (Uang Duka Wafat/UDW), Death Insurance (Jaminan Kematian/JKM), and Old-Age Savings (Tabungan Hari Tua/THT). The funds were disbursed through a Bank Mandiri Taspen account.
The handover was conducted by Bank Mandiri Taspen President Director Panji Irawan alongside PT Taspen Operations Director Tribuna Phitera Djaja. They were accompanied by Bank Mandiri Taspen Compliance and Human Resources Director Rio Lanasier.
Both institutions said the payment reflects their commitment to providing timely, reliable, and accessible services for participants and their beneficiaries.
According to the companies, prompt distribution of benefits helps ease the financial burden on bereaved families while ensuring participants receive all entitlements in accordance with applicable regulations.
Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen added that they will continue strengthening collaboration to improve service quality by prioritizing accessibility, service certainty, and good governance throughout the benefit distribution process.
