Jakarta, ThedailyID — IFG Life will distribute insurance claims and benefits to 94,793 former Jiwasraya policyholders in 2026, with a total value exceeding Rp7.5 trillion. The payout forms part of the ongoing restructuring program to fulfill customer rights.
Over the past five years, IFG Life has consistently managed restructured Jiwasraya policies. The company has ensured claims are paid on time, in full, and to the correct recipients.
To support the program, the government has injected Rp26.56 trillion in state capital. The funding was channeled through Indonesia Financial Group (IFG). This support helps maintain financial stability and ensures claim obligations remain sustainable.
Finance Director and Acting President Director Ryan Diastana Firman said the payouts reflect the company’s responsibility.
“We remain committed to fulfilling this mandate with accountability. We ensure claims are paid accurately and on schedule,” he said.
In addition, IFG Life has simplified its claims process. Customers can submit claims without additional fees. The company operates service networks in 20 cities across Indonesia.
IFG Life also provides dedicated service offices in Jakarta and Surabaya. These offices focus on assisting former Jiwasraya policyholders directly.
Furthermore, the company continues to strengthen long-term protection services. It aims to provide relevant and sustainable insurance coverage for customers.
At the same time, IFG Life maintains strong governance standards. The company applies good corporate governance and sustainable business practices across operations.
Overall, the program reinforces trust in Indonesia’s insurance sector. It also highlights the government’s role in resolving legacy financial issues while protecting policyholders.
