Jakarta, ThedailyID — PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG (IFG Life) will provide credit life insurance for homebuyers at Danantara Housing Expo 2026, reinforcing Indonesia’s housing finance ecosystem through integrated protection and financing solutions.
As a member of Indonesia Financial Group (IFG), the state-owned insurance, guarantee, and investment holding company, IFG Life will collaborate with banks under the Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara) to offer life insurance protection for customers applying for home financing.
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 will take place from August 27 to 30 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK. The exhibition supports Danantara Indonesia’s Three Million Homes Program and will feature more than 200,000 housing units from state-owned and private developers.
The event will also offer various financing options, including down payments starting from 1%, interest rates from 2.75%, loan tenors of up to 30 years, and step-up installment schemes, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Fabiola Noralita, Director of Individual Business and Acting Director of Corporate Business at IFG Life, said homeownership is one of the most significant financial decisions people make. She added that protecting borrowers against risks that could affect their repayment ability is essential to creating sustainable housing finance.
“Through our collaboration with Himbara banks at Danantara Housing Expo 2026, IFG Life provides credit life insurance as part of a comprehensive financing ecosystem. We want to ensure people not only gain access to home financing but also receive financial protection that offers peace of mind for their families,” Fabiola said.
The partnership reflects IFG Life’s commitment to strengthening collaboration among state-owned enterprises within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem. The company said it aims to expand access to integrated financial services while supporting Indonesians in achieving long-term financial security through homeownership.
