Acting Corporate Secretary of PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia, Agustinus Handoko, said the company continues building an MSME development ecosystem through credit guarantee services.

According to him, Jamkrindo aims to bridge MSMEs with formal financial institutions. Therefore, the company keeps improving guarantee services to answer the changing needs of business owners.

“PT Jamkrindo not only focuses on business performance, but also continues encouraging MSME competitiveness through mentoring and literacy programs,” Handoko said.

He added that strong MSMEs remain an important foundation for Indonesia’s economic growth. Consequently, Jamkrindo continues strengthening its service excellence culture across the company.

In addition, Jamkrindo has accelerated digital transformation efforts. The company improved human resource capabilities, simplified business processes, and enhanced digital-based services to become faster and more responsive.

Handoko explained that service transformation remains essential for maintaining relevance in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

Besides guarantee services, Jamkrindo also actively carries out social programs and MSME mentoring activities. Most recently, the company held a financial literacy and product-market fit workshop titled “Unlock UMKM 2026: Kelola Cuan, Kuasai Pasar” in Banyuwangi on May 7, 2026.

The program involved collaboration with the East Java Cooperative and SME Office as well as PLUT KUMKM. Through the initiative, MSME owners received guidance on financial management and market strategy development.

Moreover, the workshop encouraged MSMEs to better understand product-market fit to improve sustainability and business competitiveness.

Looking ahead, Jamkrindo plans to strengthen collaboration, service innovation, and empowerment programs. The company hopes these efforts will create long-term value for communities and business owners across Indonesia.
