XLSMART Rolls Out Special Ramadan Packages Across XL, AXIS, and XL SATU

Jakarta, ThedailyID — PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (XLSMART) has introduced a range of special offers for Ramadan 2026, aimed at supporting customers’ digital lifestyle needs during the holy month. The initiative underscores the company’s commitment to delivering reliable, adaptive, and relevant connectivity during key national moments. Backed by expanded and strengthened network integration, XLSMART said it is prepared to manage projected traffic surges throughout Ramadan while serving more than 73 million customers.

Chief Marketing Officer Alfons Eric Bosch Sansa said Ramadan is a special period when demand for quality internet access increases, whether for online worship, sharing moments with family, or entertainment while waiting to break the fast. He said XLSMART remains focused on ensuring customer comfort during the holy month through its XL, AXIS, and XL SATU services.

Under the XL brand, customers can access special Ramadan packages via the myXL application from 19 February to 25 March 2026. Offers include Flex Max packages with 28-day validity and access to Muslim Pro Premium during Ramadan, with data options of 150GB, 250GB, and 500GB. The Ultra 5G+ package starts from 150GB and includes subscription bonuses such as Vidio Platinum or Muslim Pro Premium, internet speeds of up to 500 Mbps in 5G areas, and roaming benefits in nine countries. XL also provides Sahur and Ngabuburit quota packages for specific time slots, Muslim Pro ad-free packages, and an Umrah Plus package offering 6GB for 10 days.

Meanwhile, AXIS is rolling out its #RamadanKitaBeda campaign targeting millennials and Gen Z customers. Promotions include the ANTI BATAL package starting from Rp6,000, Booster Sahur and Booster Bedug time-based packages, and the MABAR gaming package offering 3GB data with bonus ROBUX for Roblox or other gaming vouchers. AXIS also introduced “Convert Pulsa to Pahala,” allowing customers to donate remaining credit starting from Rp1 in the form of internet quota to other AXIS users.

AXIS is also presenting interactive ngabuburit experiences through INDO CHAT and INDO VOICE maps on the Roblox platform, where users can engage with popular content creators. The campaign aims to create meaningful and interactive digital engagement during Ramadan.

For home broadband customers, XL SATU is offering a Double Speed promotion, providing up to twice the internet speed for six months at the same package price for new subscribers. Packages include upgrades from 50 Mbps to 100 Mbps, 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps, and 150 Mbps to 300 Mbps. The promotion is valid until 31 March 2026 with a minimum 12-month subscription, starting from around Rp200,000 per month. The service also includes optional family mobile data add-ons.

XLSMART said these initiatives reflect its ongoing commitment to delivering AI-based, customer-focused digital experiences. The company currently serves around 73 million customers, supported by more than 225,000 base transceiver stations, predominantly 4G and thousands of 5G sites, as well as a fiber optic backbone network across much of Indonesia. XLSMART continues to invest in fiber, transmission, backhaul, and network modernization to enhance service stability, capacity, and data quality amid rising traffic demand.
