Jakarta, ThedailyID — PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (SPSL) reported stronger operational performance across multiple business lines in 2025, as it continued its transformation into an integrated port services and hinterland development company. Overall, the improvements reflect ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and service quality within Indonesia’s port ecosystem.
President Director Joko Noerhudha said the 2025 performance stems from consistent operational improvements and stronger business fundamentals. According to him, the company continues to prioritize standardization and service reliability.
“These gradual improvements will serve as a key foundation as we continue our transformation. At the same time, we ensure each business line runs optimally and delivers sustainable value to customers,” Joko said.
In terms of operations, SPSL’s port support services segment recorded a 6.1% year-on-year increase in 2025. The growth came from core services such as container yard operations, warehousing, and freight forwarding. Notably, Pontianak, Surabaya, and Ambon contributed significantly to this performance.
In addition, the company expanded its logistics network to capture new opportunities. SPSL opened a multimodal service office covering Belawan, Sei Mangkei, and Kuala Tanjung within the Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone. As a result, the expansion aims to better serve industrial players and support regional growth.
Meanwhile, regional development operations also showed strong momentum. Traffic on the Cibitung–Cilincing toll road reached 12,988,557 vehicles by the end of 2025. This figure, in turn, marked a 9.31% year-on-year increase.
Joko said SPSL is working to integrate toll tariffs to make them more competitive. Going forward, he added that better pricing and smoother access could position the route as a primary logistics corridor.
On the property side, occupancy at Pelindo Tower rose 3.28% compared to the previous year. This increase reflects improved property management and stronger tenant confidence.
Beyond infrastructure, SPSL continues to strengthen business processes and human resource capabilities. At the same time, the company pushes innovation to support long-term growth.
Importantly, the 2025 results also align with the company’s corporate transformation. SPSL previously operated as PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik before rebranding to reflect its dual focus on port services and hinterland development.
“We expect this transformation to deliver sustainable value for stakeholders and support the broader port ecosystem and national economic growth,” Joko added.
