Jakarta, ThedailyID — PT Kumara Lalita has unveiled a new Type 8 Exclusive Modern show unit at Pacific Garden Puri in South Meruya, West Jakarta. The launch comes as demand for landed homes among young families continues to rise.
The developer introduced the show unit after achieving strong sales in the first half of 2026. So far, bookings have surpassed 50% of the company’s annual sales target.
Vice President of PT Kumara Lalita, Suherman, said the project addresses the long-term needs of young families through flexible home designs.
“We continue to see strong demand for landed homes in West Jakarta from young families,” Suherman said during the launch event on Tuesday.
He added that Pacific Garden Puri offers more than housing.
“We designed it as a community where families can grow and thrive,” he said.
Moreover, Suherman said the project’s strategic location and easy access have strengthened buyer confidence.
“Sales have already exceeded 50% of our 2026 target. This shows that demand for quality homes in strategic locations remains strong,” he said.
The new Type 8 Exclusive Modern stands on an 8 x 12-meter plot with a 189-square-meter building area. It features three floors and a mezzanine. In addition, the family room has a 4.8-meter high ceiling to maximize natural light.
The home includes five bedrooms plus one helper’s room, five bathrooms plus one helper’s bathroom, two family rooms, and a two-car carport.
Meanwhile, the development offers easy access to key destinations. Residents can reach the Meruya toll gate in about five minutes. They can also reach Puri Indah Mall in 15 minutes. Furthermore, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Jakarta’s central business district are about 30 minutes away.
Suherman also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to construction quality and timely delivery.
“We remain committed to delivering every unit on time and with the expected quality,” he said.
The company expects to begin handing over homes in December 2026. At the same time, buyers can benefit from the government’s VAT incentive (PPN DTP), subject to applicable regulations.
Overall, the company expects the new show unit to attract more buyers as demand for landed homes and long-term property investment continues to grow.
