Jakarta, ThedailyID — Mahindra Powerol has introduced its latest range of diesel and gas generator sets in Indonesia. The Indian industrial company launched the products with local distributor PT Jasana Prima at Electricity & Power Indonesia 2026.
The partnership targets Indonesia’s growing demand for reliable power across manufacturing, construction, telecommunications and hospitality. Industrial expansion has also increased the need for efficient backup power systems.
Toto Suharto, Country Manager of RMA Indonesia, the parent group of Jasana Prima, said reliable power remains essential to business operations.

He added that the partnership aims to provide energy solutions that support business continuity and long-term growth across Indonesia.
The new generator portfolio covers outputs from 5 kVA to 1,250 kVA. The range includes compact units for commercial operations and heavy-duty systems for industrial plants and critical infrastructure.
Mahindra Powerol also highlighted fuel efficiency and compact engine designs. The company said the technology aims to lower operating costs while maintaining torque and power output.
The company’s Senior Vice President and Business Head said Indonesia remains a strategic growth market in Southeast Asia.
“Indonesia represents one of our strategic growth markets in Southeast Asia,” the executive said.
The executive added that the latest generators can operate in demanding environments while offering a lower total cost of ownership.
PT Jasana Prima will also support customers through a nationwide after-sales network. The services include genuine OEM spare parts, preventive maintenance contracts and 24/7 on-site technical assistance.
