Jakarta, ThedailyID – PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia / Jamkrindo) rolled out social initiatives during Ramadan as part of its 56th anniversary series, which will be marked on July 1, 2026.
Through its Safari Ramadan program, the company distributed free staple food packages, provided financial aid to orphans, and donated prayer equipment across several regions in Indonesia.
According to Acting President Director Abdul Bari, the initiative forms part of the company’s Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program. He said the program reflects Jamkrindo’s commitment to supporting communities, in line with this year’s Ramadan theme, “Strengthening Bonds Wholeheartedly, Sharing Kindness in the Holy Month.”
He added that the distribution of food packages and assistance to orphans remains a routine social effort aimed at delivering direct benefits to the community.
Meanwhile, Safari Ramadan activities took place in 11 Jamkrindo units, including Jakarta, Malang, Gorontalo, Tegal, Sukabumi, Mataram, Palangkaraya, Batam, and Bengkulu.
In Jakarta specifically, Jamkrindo handed out staple food packages, supported orphans, and donated prayer equipment to Musala Daarul Muttaqin and Masjid Al-Hidayah. Abdul Bari symbolically presented the aid at the company’s Special Branch Office.
Overall, the company distributed 5,600 food packages nationwide, provided assistance to 608 orphans, and donated 5,600 sets of prayer equipment for mosques and prayer rooms.
Abdul Bari expressed hope that the initiative would strengthen ties with communities and create meaningful impact during Ramadan. Similarly, H. Noor Chasan, head of the Nurul Iman Mentas Orphanage Foundation, welcomed the support and thanked Jamkrindo for its contribution.
Through this program, Jamkrindo seeks to reinforce its role as a strategic partner in supporting national economic growth while delivering sustainable social impact.
