For many Indonesian families, stable internet access becomes essential during Ramadan. Video calls during sahur, streaming religious lectures at dusk, and monitoring homes while traveling are now part of daily routines.
Through the #LebihBaikIndosat initiative, the company aims to provide flexible connectivity solutions that match real customer needs.
Indosat HiFi Air operates on Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technology and does not require cable installation or technician visits. Customers simply power on the device to activate the connection.
At home, the service supports streaming, online learning, and remote work. During the mudik season, users can bring the same device to their hometown and reconnect without reinstallation.
Bilal Kazmi, Director and Chief Commercial Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, said connectivity is crucial during important moments such as Ramadan and Eid travel.
He noted that while the company continues expanding its fiber-based FTTH network, not all areas have immediate fiber access. Through HiFi Air, Indosat provides a practical alternative for households seeking reliable internet without cable infrastructure.
The connection supports various Ramadan activities, including streaming lectures, video calls, and family entertainment. The device can also connect to smart home systems such as CCTV, allowing real-time home monitoring while traveling.
Under its Ramadan Special program, Indosat HiFi Air is available in 4G and 5G-ready variants.
The 4G device starts at Rp399,000 and includes 50GB for 30 days. The 5G-ready device starts at Rp1,499,000 and includes 75GB for 30 days.
Customers can purchase additional data starting from Rp75,000, with packages reaching up to 1,000GB and validity of up to one year.
Depending on the device type, HiFi Air can connect between 32 and 128 devices simultaneously. The 5G-ready variant supports Wi-Fi 6 Dual Band technology for more stable multi-device usage.
The service runs on Indosat’s nationwide network coverage and automatically adjusts to available signals in each location. It also includes 24-hour customer service support.
Indosat HiFi Air is available at IM3 outlets, 3Store locations, and official e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop, and Akulaku.
Through this service, Indosat aims to deliver more practical, flexible, and reliable digital connectivity for households across Indonesia.
