Jakarta, ThedailyID — PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG (IFG Life) marked Iduladha 1447 H by distributing qurban animals through its annual social responsibility program.
This year, IFG Life donated one cow and three goats. The company conducted the slaughtering process on May 29 at Masjid Baiturrahim, IFG Life Juanda.
The program benefited IFG Life employees and residents living around the mosque. Through the initiative, the company aims to strengthen empathy and foster closer ties between employees and local communities.
IFG Life runs the qurban program as part of its Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) commitment. The company said the initiative supports social welfare goals while reinforcing its role in community and religious activities.
The insurer has implemented the program consistently as an annual Iduladha activity. As a result, the initiative has become part of the company’s culture of sharing and social engagement.
Corporate Secretary IFG Life, Gatot Haryadi, said the qurban program reflects the company’s commitment to delivering meaningful benefits to communities around its operational areas.
He noted that qurban is not only a religious practice but also a way to strengthen social solidarity. Therefore, Iduladha provides an important opportunity to share with those in need.
“Through this program, we hope to bring happiness and blessings while strengthening relationships between employees and the community,” Gatot said.
IFG Life expects the initiative to encourage a stronger culture of care and inspire more people to contribute positively to their surrounding communities.
