Jakarta, ThedailyID — Crocs has unveiled a refreshed concept store at Grand Indonesia, offering a more interactive, playful, and aesthetic shopping experience for its fans.
The store, which has operated since 2021, now features a modern interior, brighter colors, a more spacious layout, and immersive LED visuals. The update is part of Crocs’ global “Come As You Are” campaign.
One of the store’s main attractions is the opportunity for visitors to personalize their Crocs products with Jibbitz™ charms. Customers can choose from various designs inspired by film characters, animation, sports, food, and popular drinks.
Crocs Grand Indonesia also offers a wider range of products. The collection includes the iconic Classic clogs, the Buckle collection with metal accents, and the bold, sporty Echo line.
Visitors can also explore a range of sandals, including the Saturday silhouette, as well as limited-edition collections. Bags such as classic totes, backpacks, and belt bags are also available.
The store refresh also marks the launch of the Indonesia Exclusive Jibbitz™ Charms Collection. The collection draws inspiration from familiar objects and everyday culture in Indonesia.
The charms feature designs ranging from mosquito coils and enamel kettles to stacked food containers, tumpeng, iced tea, and kerupuk tins. Each design carries its own story and sense of local nostalgia.
Martina Harianda Mutis, Senior General Manager of Brand Marketing, Media & Consumer Engagement at MAP Active, said the new concept reflects changing consumer preferences, particularly among younger generations.
“We want to continue growing alongside Crocs fans. We see Indonesian consumers, especially Gen Z, increasingly looking for brands that align with their personal values or vibes,” Martina said.
She added that this insight has encouraged Crocs to create a more personal retail experience, expand product discovery, and introduce local touches that resonate with its community.
“We hope this store can become a first stop for more people to explore the Crocs universe,” she added.
To celebrate the new concept store, Crocs held a series of interactive activities from October 28 to November 1, 2026. Visitors also had the chance to join a Gachapon lucky draw with a minimum purchase of Rp1 million.
