Jakarta, ThedailyID — Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison has partnered with Google to bring Google Gemini access to IM3 and Tri users through bundled data plans (April 8, 2026).
The company now lets customers access Google Gemini AI Plus directly through the myIM3 and BIMA+ apps. The bundle provides access for up to six months, depending on the selected package.
Indosat first introduced the feature in February and will expand it to all users in the coming weeks. The company calls this the first partnership of its kind in Indonesia to integrate Gemini into telecom data plans.
“IM3 and Tri customers can now use AI more easily for daily needs, from completing work and school tasks to creating content,” said Bilal Kazmi. “With a single package, users can access AI tools without needing a separate subscription.”
IM3 offers a 150GB package priced at Rp150,000 for 28 days. The plan includes Gemini AI Plus access for up to six months, along with premium streaming and voice services.
Meanwhile, Tri provides a 65GB package priced at Rp100,000 for 28 days. The bundle also includes up to six months of Gemini AI access, plus calls, SMS, and streaming benefits.
Google Gemini includes features like Deep Research, which helps users search, summarize, and generate ideas faster. The platform also integrates with services like Gmail, Drive, and Photos to support daily tasks.
In addition, users get up to 200GB of Google Cloud storage to store documents, photos, and videos.
“We are pleased to collaborate with industry partners to expand access to AI,” said Rohan Tiwary. He added that Gemini works as a “personal and proactive AI assistant” designed to support everyday activities.
Indosat said the collaboration supports its #LebihBaikIndosat initiative. The company aims to deliver more practical digital experiences and help users stay productive and creative.
