“By saying Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, today, Thursday, October 2026, with the grace of Almighty God, I, Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia, hereby inaugurate the renovation of the Pancasila Sakti Museum,” Prabowo said.

Before the inauguration, Prabowo toured the museum with Culture Minister Fadli Zon. He viewed several ornaments and collections displayed inside the museum.

Prabowo arrived at Lubang Buaya earlier on Thursday to attend the Pancasila Sanctity Day ceremony. He served as the ceremony’s inspector.

Colonel Mar. Edo Sidharta Halilintar served as the ceremony commander. Colonel Pnb Sony Aji Pramono served as the reserve commander, while Brigadier General TNI Fitriana Nur Heru Wibawa served as the ceremony officer.

Several senior officials also attended the event. They included TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Foreign Minister Sugiono, and Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Djamari Chaniago.

Leaders of other state institutions also attended. They included MPR Speaker Ahmad Muzani and DPD Speaker Sultan Baktiar Najamudin.

After the ceremony, Prabowo visited the Lubang Buaya Death Well and the Pancasila Sakti Monument.

The museum was previously known as the Museum of PKI (Communist) Betrayal. It was later renamed and officially established as the Pancasila Sakti Museum.
