The judging panel used several key indicators. These included workforce management, leadership involvement, workforce readiness, sustainability, and digital enablement. The panel recognized KAI Logistik for its structured and forward-looking approach.
KAI Logistik also applies a Respectful Workplace Policy. The policy ensures equal opportunities in recruitment and career development. The company enforces strict safety standards through regular training and protective equipment. It also holds SNI ISO 37001:2016 certification for anti-bribery management. In addition, the company uses digital systems such as Human Capital System, Rail Document System, RFID, ERP, and TMS to improve efficiency.
Prihanto said the award motivates the company to improve its human capital management. He added that KAI Logistik will continue to strengthen digital transformation and maintain a safe workplace. The company aims to deliver value to customers and support the growth of Indonesia’s logistics sector.
