During the AGMS, Bank Mandiri approved the distribution of cash dividends amounting to Rp44.47 trillion, the highest in the company’s history. This decision reflects the company’s strong business fundamentals, with consolidated net profit in 2025 reaching Rp56.3 trillion, supported by 13.4% loan growth and 23.9% growth in third-party funds (DPK). The record dividend declared by the bank, listed under the ticker BMRI, further strengthens its position as part of the nation’s economic driving ecosystem within the broader Danantara group.
