Jakarta, ThedailyID — Guardian Indonesia has officially launched MyGuardian Rewards, a loyalty program integrated with its Guardian ID app. The program offers shopping rewards, exclusive discounts, and benefits designed to support customers’ everyday health and beauty needs.
Available since September 2026, the program allows customers to join for free and access benefits through Guardian’s physical stores and digital shopping channels.
“MyGuardian Rewards is not just a loyalty program. It is part of our journey to become a more relevant partner and advisor for customers throughout their wellness journey,” said Bhavin Patel, Managing Director of Health & Beauty at Guardian Indonesia.
Under the slogan “Your Wellness, with Benefits,” the program offers vouchers worth up to Rp100,000 to new members who download Guardian ID and register for MyGuardian Rewards. The vouchers can be used for purchases through Guardian’s app or website.
Members can also access exclusive discounts and special prices across online and offline channels. Additional benefits include free delivery offers, birthday gifts, free products, seasonal promotions with discounts of up to 50%, and access to exclusive Guardian events.
The program also features a points system. Members earn 50 points for every Rp10,000 spent, with rewards accumulating in multiples of that amount. Each point equals Rp1 and can be used to pay for future purchases. Points remain valid for one year.
Guardian said the launch supports its strategy to integrate physical stores, the Guardian ID app, and e-commerce channels. This approach aims to create a more convenient and personalized shopping experience while helping the company reach more customers across Indonesia.
“By integrating our physical stores with digital applications and e-commerce channels, Guardian wants to make every customer interaction more personal, flexible, and rewarding,” Bhavin said.
Beyond shopping benefits, Guardian plans to expand MyGuardian Rewards with additional wellness features through the Guardian ID app. Planned services include personalized multivitamin reminders, relevant product recommendations, pharmacist consultations, and notifications for routine health screenings at Guardian stores.
The company also plans to offer access to community activities, including Guardian Run, as part of its broader wellness initiative.
Customers can join MyGuardian Rewards for free by downloading Guardian ID from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
