Jakarta, ThedailyID — Inget Gue Creative Indonesia, in collaboration with Langkah Awal, officially launched an inclusive vocal competition titled “Voices Beyond Limits” for children with support needs and people with disabilities in the Jakarta area.
The program aims to provide a platform for talented singers to express themselves. It also promotes the idea that talent and dreams have no limits.
Executive producer Novita Syarif said the competition seeks to expand opportunities for participants to showcase their potential.
“Through this program, we want to provide a wider stage for young people with support needs and disabilities,” she said.
“At the same time, we want to encourage the public to recognize that every individual has a voice worth hearing,” she added.
The competition will take place online. Therefore, participants can join more easily from different locations.
Each participant must perform two songs. These include one mandatory song, “Paling Bahagia di Dunia” by NJ Band, and one song of their choice.
The submission period runs from March 8 to March 28, 2026. Participants must submit their performance videos within this timeframe.
The registration fee is set at Rp150,000. Meanwhile, the mandatory song can be downloaded through the official Instagram account @voicesbeyondlimits.official.
Organizers expect the competition to inspire both participants and the wider community.
“Through music, participants can show their best abilities,” Novita said.
“Furthermore, we hope this initiative raises awareness about the importance of inclusive spaces for everyone,” she added.
