Jakarta, ThedailyID — Pacific Garden Puri in South Meruya, West Jakarta, has recorded first-phase sales of around 50% from a total supply of 180 two- and three-story homes planned for 2026.
The achievement comes five months before the targeted handover of Cluster Damar in late December 2026. The developer said construction is being closely monitored to maintain both completion timelines and building quality, with topping-off targeted for October 2026.
Pacific Garden Group Vice President Suherman Tjoe said construction certainty remains a key commitment to buyers.
“For us, developing a complex is not just about completing houses, but also about providing certainty to consumers,” Suherman Tjoe said, Tuesday (01/09).
Beyond construction, Pacific Garden Puri has also started introducing the residential area’s atmosphere through family-oriented events. One of them was “A Weekend at Home,” held at the project’s Marketing Gallery from August 14–17, 2026, featuring a mini zoo, children’s entertainment and a family bazaar.
Suherman said the activities were intended to give prospective residents a sense of the neighborhood as more than just a housing project.
“We see today’s homes as more than just a place to rest. For families, the home is also a space to work, learn, gather, and create shared moments,” he added.
The development offers Type 8 Singapore-style homes on 8×12-meter lots, with approximately 189 square meters of building area. The three-story units feature five primary bedrooms, two family rooms and a 5-meter-high living room ceiling designed to support air circulation and flexible layouts.
The December 2026 handover is also significant for early buyers looking to utilize the government-borne value-added tax (PPN DTP) incentive, subject to applicable regulations.
