Jakarta, ThedailyID — Bank Jakarta has won the Indonesia Best CMO Awards 2026 organized by Warta Ekonomi, recognizing its efforts to drive business growth through innovative, adaptive and customer-focused marketing strategies.
The award was presented to Bank Jakarta Director of Business & Sharia Dipo Nugroho, who was named Best Chief Marketing Officer 2026 in the Building an Integrated and Inclusive Economic Ecosystem category for regional banks. He received the award during an event themed “Accelerating Business Growth Through Intelligent Marketing and Digital Innovation” in Jakarta on Monday (Aug. 31).
Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo said the recognition reflects the collective efforts of the company’s employees in strengthening business strategies and developing innovations that respond to public needs.
“We will continue to strengthen innovation, collaboration, and technology utilization to provide better customer experiences while supporting sustainable business growth,” Agus said in an official statement on Monday (Aug. 31).
Dipo said Bank Jakarta will continue integrating business strategy with product and service innovation and digital transformation to build a more inclusive economic ecosystem in the capital.
“We will continue to offer products and services relevant to community needs, including through digital service strengthening and support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs),” Dipo said in the same statement.
The Indonesia Best CMO Awards 2026 recognizes marketing leaders based on their vision, innovation and contributions to business growth. Warta Ekonomi assessed nominees through desk research and media monitoring, covering business impact and growth performance, strategic marketing excellence, digital transformation and customer centricity, as well as brand strength and market leadership.
Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi said the award also reflects the bank’s efforts to align its marketing and communication strategies with its broader business transformation.
“This appreciation motivates us to further strengthen engagement with all stakeholders while enhancing public awareness and trust in Bank Jakarta,” Arie said in an official statement.
According to Arie, changing consumer behavior and technological developments require Bank Jakarta to continuously adapt its communication and customer experience strategies. The bank aims to ensure that stronger branding goes hand in hand with improvements in products and services, while building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
