Jakarta, ThedailyID – February 25, 2026 — Bank Mandiri Region 3 held a Ramadan iftar gathering and distributed aid to orphans and vulnerable communities in West Jakarta.
The event took place at Gedung Nawasena, Wijaya Kusuma, and formed part of the bank’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program. The initiative aligns with its Ramadan theme, “Hargai Momen Keberkahan dengan Berbagi Kebaikan,” aimed at delivering sustainable social impact.
Bank Mandiri Commissioner Luky Alfirman, Vice President Director Henry Panjaitan, and Operations Director Timothy Utama attended the event on Wednesday (25/2).
Henry said Ramadan serves as a strategic moment for the company to strengthen social solidarity through real actions that provide direct and meaningful benefits to the community.
“Through the togetherness and acts of sharing that we carry out today, Bank Mandiri hopes to present meaningful blessings, while also strengthening harmonious relationships with the community in the Region III/Jakarta 1 area,” said Henry Panjaitan in an official statement on Wednesday (25/2).
He further explained that the activity reflects Bank Mandiri’s commitment to consistently being present and playing an active role in meaningful social moments.
“Sebagai agen pembangunan, Bank Mandiri berkomitmen untuk terus mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sosial dalam setiap inisiatif perusahaan. Melalui semangat berbagi di bulan Ramadan ini, kami berharap dapat memperkuat sinergi dengan masyarakat dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan,” pungkas Henry.
Beyond the iftar gathering, Bank Mandiri distributed assistance to communities in West and North Jakarta. The aid included school supply packages, health kits, and social support packages aimed at supporting beneficiaries’ basic needs.
The bank also organized a free mass circumcision program for children in areas surrounding its operations. The initiative reflects its commitment to supporting community health and delivering tangible social benefits.
These activities are part of broader social initiatives carried out consistently across Bank Mandiri’s operational regions.
Through the Mandiri Berbagi Kebaikan program, Mandiri Group distributed assistance to more than 114,000 beneficiaries throughout Ramadan.
The program targeted orphans, older citizens, underprivileged families, vulnerable communities, and residents near Bank Mandiri’s operational areas.
Specifically, Bank Mandiri Region III/Jakarta 1 distributed 4,375 aid packages across North Jakarta, West Jakarta, Tangerang/Banten, and Serang/Cilegon.
To complement the Ramadan and Eid season, Bank Mandiri also reintroduced its annual mudik program as part of its commitment to supporting safe and smooth homecoming travel. This year, the company provides free travel facilities to 80 destination cities and organizes an open mass circumcision program for the public.
