The launch reflects AIA’s commitment to strengthening insurance literacy, enhancing public trust in the insurance industry, and providing more relevant digital services. Key features of AIA+ include Portfolio Protection & Policy Information, which enables customers to access comprehensive policy information with ease; the Discharge Button, an innovative feature that streamlines the hospital discharge process and is connected to more than 350 hospitals within the AIA Prime Hospitals network; and Submission & Tracking Claim, which allows customers to submit and monitor insurance claims with greater transparency.
