Jakarta, ThedailyID — Bank Mandiri reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the people’s economy by empowering productive micro businesses to grow, compete, and move up sustainably. This commitment is reflected in the JuraganXtra Program, an appreciation and empowerment initiative designed to integrate the bank’s financial services for MSME customers, encouraging more structured use of banking products and supporting business capacity building.
Consumer Banking Director Saptari said JuraganXtra is not merely a reward program, but a concrete empowerment effort for micro customers who demonstrate positive business performance, financial discipline, and strong loyalty. The program is supported by comprehensive financing and digital solutions, including subsidized loans, People’s Business Credit (KUR), non-subsidized loans, micro business loans, micro savings accounts, digital transactions through Livin’ by Mandiri and Livin’ Merchant, and financial inclusion expansion through Mandiri Agen across Indonesia.
He added that the program is built to help entrepreneurs move up to the next level. Bank Mandiri provides ongoing education, encourages targeted use of digital services, and recognizes sustainable business achievements as part of customers’ business journeys.
The JuraganXtra journey begins with the selection and curation of productive micro customers who have long been part of the bank’s ecosystem. The assessment covers product usage consistency, business growth, credit quality, participation in educational programs, and social contributions to surrounding communities. This approach combines data analysis, field observation, and continuous mentoring to ensure tangible growth impact.
In its 2025 implementation, JuraganXtra was structured into three appreciation schemes and reached more than 5.9 million active micro entrepreneurs throughout the year. JuraganXtra Setia 2025 recognized loyal and consistent productive micro customers with healthy and sustainable businesses. JuraganXtra Juara 2025 encouraged higher business activity and digital transactions through a point system based on the use of banking products and services. Meanwhile, JuraganXtra Hoki 2025 offered an inclusive raffle program to broaden participation within the ecosystem.
As the culmination of the program, Bank Mandiri held regional and national appreciation ceremonies, awarding cash prizes and dozens of rewards such as motorcycles, electric bicycles, and smartphones. Special recognition was also given to top-performing Mandiri Agen Jempolan in each region. The events also featured interactive workshops, sharing sessions with winners of the Wirausaha Muda Mandiri program, and networking opportunities among entrepreneurs.
The initiative aligns with President Prabowo Subianto’s Asta Cita agenda to promote inclusive, sustainable, and people-centered economic development. Bank Mandiri reported that productive MSME loans grew around 9.4 percent year-on-year, reaching approximately 1.27 million micro entrepreneurs nationwide. More than 1.2 million MSMEs have used Livin’ Merchant, micro savings accounts surpassed 7.4 million by the end of 2025, and over 111,000 Mandiri Agen continue to expand financial access. The bank said it is preparing JuraganXtra 2026 with a more integrated appreciation scheme, maintaining its focus on strengthening productive micro businesses across Indonesia.
