The integration allows policyholders to conveniently and quickly access insurance products and services, along with other financial products, in one application.
One by IFG is an integrated platform that combines various products and services from the ecosystem of Indonesia Financial Group (IFG), a state-owned holding company in insurance, guarantee, and investment services. The application aims to provide easier and more comprehensive access to financial solutions for customers.
Through the One by IFG application, Mandiri Inhealth policyholders can access health service features such as insurance benefit information, membership details, e-claims, and telemedicine services. In addition, users can explore other products, including life insurance, general insurance, and mutual fund products within the IFG ecosystem.
Digital services for Mandiri Inhealth policyholders have been available since July 2025 through the One by IFG application, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store and App Store.

Beyond being a standard application, One by IFG is equipped with telemedicine features that allow Mandiri Inhealth policyholders to consult doctors online, obtain prescriptions based on medical indications, and redeem medicines digitally. The platform also supports e-claim and re-claim submissions, enabling a more efficient insurance claim process.
