Jakarta, ThedailyID — PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) lowered its gold bullion price on Tuesday, with the benchmark one-gram bar falling by Rp15,000 to Rp2.63 million.
According to data from Antam’s Logam Mulia website, the one-gram gold bar declined from Rp2.645 million recorded on Monday.
Antam also cut its buyback price by Rp25,000 to Rp2.335 million per gram. The spread between the selling price and buyback price now stands at Rp295,000 per gram.
Other gold products also traded at different levels on Tuesday.
Data from HRTA Gold showed that a one-gram BSI Gold (Emasku) bar sold for Rp2.408 million, while its buyback price stood at Rp2.292 million.
Meanwhile, Galeri24 priced its one-gram gold bar at Rp2.627 million, slightly below UBS, which sold the same size at Rp2.639 million.
Price differences among gold brands mainly reflect variations in manufacturers, minting standards, and distribution channels.
