Bandung Barat, ThedailyID — For Putri Wulandari, a Juragan Mitra Bukalapak from West Bandung, the future is not something to wait for, but something to build. Starting with a simple desire to care for her child without losing income, she has proven that even a small neighborhood shop can become the foundation of a family’s future.

Putri began her journey in 2018 after deciding to resign from her job to focus on raising her child. With limited capital of just Rp300,000 she opened a small grocery stall selling basic goods such as coffee, rice, and instant noodles to serve neighbors. The decision was driven by her commitment to balance motherhood and financial stability.

Realizing her business needed acceleration, Putri joined Mitra Bukalapak as a Juragan partner. At first, she faced challenges, including limited working capital and unfamiliarity with digital technology. However, she took advantage of the platform’s learning resources, gaining knowledge on secure digital transactions and effective promotional strategies.

Her efforts paid off. From earning just enough to cover daily meals, Putri now generates profits ranging from Rp3 million to Rp5 million per month. The income has helped fund her children’s education, support her parents, and purchase a motorcycle.

Her success also inspired her to give back. In 2025, Putri became one of the driving figures in the KOLAK (Kompak Bareng Mitra Bukalapak) program. With support from Mitra Bukalapak, she distributed free iftar snacks to customers and local residents during Ramadan as an expression of gratitude and solidarity.

The initiative continues in 2026 on a larger scale, with Mitra Bukalapak targeting the distribution of thousands of iftar packages across Indonesia. The program carries the same spirit of sharing and community empowerment that Putri exemplified through her participation.

Today, Putri’s primary goal is to ensure her two children can pursue higher education. Through disciplined financial management since joining Mitra Bukalapak, saving has become a reality rather than a dream. She believes that optimism, perseverance, and prayer are key to overcoming challenges a simple yet powerful message for anyone striving to build a better future from humble beginnings.
