Jakarta, ThedailyID — Rockstar Games has opened pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI), with the Standard Edition priced at US$79.99 and the Ultimate Edition at US$99.99 ahead of the game’s November launch.
Players can choose between two editions. Rockstar said the Ultimate Edition offers its most immersive GTA experience yet, featuring exclusive premium vehicles, weapons, outfits and additional content woven into the story of protagonists Jason and Lucia.
GTA VI is a single-player action-adventure game. It will launch on Nov. 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Meanwhile, players who pre-order or purchase the game before Nov. 20 will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack. The bonus includes cosmetic items inspired by the neon-lit streets of Vice City.
Rockstar also confirmed that digital buyers can begin pre-loading the game on Nov. 12. The early download will allow players to access the game as soon as it becomes available on launch day.
The physical edition will also be available on Nov. 12. Each boxed copy will include a download code so players can pre-load the game before release.
The announcement follows several delays to GTA VI’s launch schedule. Rockstar had previously planned to release the game in May 2026 before postponing it to Nov. 19.
Earlier, the developer apologized to fans for extending the wait. Rockstar said the additional development time would allow the studio to deliver the level of quality players expect.
“We apologize for this additional delay, which we know has been a long wait,” the company said.
“However, the extra months will allow us to complete the game with the level of polish you expect and deserve. Although the wait is a little longer, we’re excited for players to explore the vast state of Leonida and return to a modern Vice City.”
