Jakarta, ThedailyID — Trust remains a critical pillar in the insurance sector, shaping the long-term relationship between insurers and their customers. One of the clearest measures of that trust is an insurer’s ability to consistently fulfill its protection commitments.

During 2025, IFG Life and Mandiri Inhealth paid a total of Rp10.7 trillion in insurance claims and benefits to more than 1.1 million policyholders. The figure highlights the scale of protection delivered by both companies and their ongoing commitment to providing real financial support to the community.

Operating under Indonesia Financial Group (IFG), the state-owned holding company for insurance, guarantee, and investment services, the two insurers ensured that claims were settled promptly and in line with policy agreements. Timely payments allow customers to focus on their recovery and future planning, reinforcing the companies’ reputation for reliability and accountability.

Ryan Diastana Firman, Finance Director and Acting Operations Director of IFG Life, said that consistent claims payments are a key sign of an insurer’s business resilience. He noted that throughout 2025, IFG Life alone distributed Rp6.3 trillion in claims and benefits to over 480,000 customers.

Meanwhile, Marihot H. Tambunan, Acting President Director of Mandiri Inhealth, emphasized the importance of a straightforward and user-friendly service experience. He said the company is focused not only on benefits but also on improving the overall customer journey. Supported by a broad service network, Mandiri Inhealth aims to deliver dependable and trusted services, paying Rp4.4 trillion in claims and benefits during the year.

After Mandiri Inhealth joined the IFG ecosystem in 2024, both companies strengthened their collaboration to expand their reach and social impact. The partnership is designed to develop a protection ecosystem that responds to customers’ needs. With access to more than 8,000 partner healthcare providers across Indonesia, the two insurers continue to widen access to healthcare services and insurance protection for families nationwide.
